BB-Outage is a mail list for people to notify others if RIM's or a carriers service is down in a particular area. if RIM or a carriers service is down in China, US, A particular state, city, etc, for people then post the area to the list so others are notified. It's probably best to subscribe from an address that's not associated with your Blackberry or Spartphone since if RIM's or your carriers service is down, you won't get the e-mail anyhow.

Do NOT announce new software such as service packs, Maintenance Releases, new OS's, etc on here as they will not be allowed through. Please sign up for the BES-Admin list for that.
