I wouldn't think so.  If your BES indicates that it has been some time since the last connect, have them remove and re-install the battery (hard reset).

I have one user that is not receiving messages we are on BES through Rogers in Canada……Would only one of my users be possibly effected by what’s happening with BIS?

 It’s a shame ATT had a BB issue. I’ve had no issues all day with any of my BlackBerry users or I’d probably be getting pounded with calls, unless it does manage to creep up eventually. Granted we are on Alltel. Sucks to hear you guys are down.
 
 
 
 I really do wish that my company would give me the funding to add a BES server to our network instead of having 50+ bb’s on BIS.

 I disagree BIS is very important to those of us who have small business's and do not or can not afford BES. So I think its just as important.
