[Bb-chat] WIFI on Curve

I would think so regarding airtime and wifi. Voip or wifi is priced differently and counts differently. Rumor has it is this is why vzw is not anxious to do wifi. They don't have a lot of wifi spots and therefore don't get any revenue from wifi plan or part of plan.

Quick question regarding WIFI and usage on the Curve.

 

Until recently I have been using an 8800 and have seen AIRTIME usage drop dramatically since switching to the curve with WIFI. 

Is this possible?

 

I am trying to figure out if you use the WIFI Capability on the BBERRY do you avoid airtime?

 

Any information would be helpful!
