That's what I figured the answer was.
Trust me....i'd like to do that.

But our IT budget isn't the size of the  
Government...which is about what it takes
To get the right support contract to find out
about these outages.....even a company with the user base of our size
(Which is small potatoes on the RIM radar)

RIM needs to be a little more realistic on their
Support pricing strategy if you ask me.

That's all I have to say about that.

I really do appreciate the outage list though.
It does help....so I am grateful for at least that.

That level of RIM support contract cost tens of thousands and up. 
Even not all support contracts get the outage notices.

If I had the right type of support contract would I have Known via a message
from RIM....or do you just know Someone on "the inside".

Saying there is an outage. 
  
Is there an actual text document or link that I can forward on to someone 
To "prove" that this DR test actually is scheduled.
