I have been following this listing for months and find it tremendously informative. As I work for the DoD, as well as having TX3 support from RIM - yes the Government paid for it, this list allow me to find out information that our T-Support does not provide. I thank you all for both the information as well as the tips and tricks. When you are dealing with thousands of Blackberry's, using multiple service providers, and High-Ranking Senior Leadership, this list comes in very handy.

BTW, I will be using our T-Support online chat to ask RIM what the situation is with the DR Testing this weekend and will post anything that comes back.

That's what I figured the answer was.
Trust me....i'd like to do that.

But our IT budget isn't the size of the Government...which is about what it takes To get the right support contract to find out about these outages.....even a company with the user base of our size (Which is small potatoes on the RIM radar)

RIM needs to be a little more realistic on their Support pricing strategy if you ask me.

That's all I have to say about that.

I really do appreciate the outage list though.
It does help....so I am grateful for at least that.

That level of RIM support contract cost tens of thousands and up. 
Even not all support contracts get the outage notices.

If I had the right type of support contract would I have Known via a message from RIM....or do you just know Someone on "the inside".

I'm on the outage list....but all I get is your one liner Saying there is an outage. 
  
Is there an actual text document or link that I can forward on to someone To "prove" that this DR test actually is scheduled.
