[Bb-chat] AT&T issues?

I will post this here first--
 
Has anyone noticed any slowdown or intermittent AT&T mail delivery? I am not
getting all the mail pulled from my POP account for the past four days
(since about last Thursday), and of sporadic delivery of my gmail, as well.
It is not tied to either of my two mail accounts, both come and go. 
 
Of course, I have done the requisite deleted service books, resend from BIS,
pull battery, reboot, register via HRT, etc. Deleted the BIS accounts twice
for 4 hours and then setup new once again.
 
It is driving me batty... I know the fixes, and keep doing them.
