Carrier says no. So unless I fight with them and demand level 3 and then hope someone will pursue etc....not optimistic

Does anyone have contacts at rim/blackberry. Please don't laugh too hard when you read below.

Creating bis account for user. They have accounts on multiple bis carriers all with same name but different domain. Something like(not real) jennifer5555@
Yet when I try to create a bis account on yet another new bis carrier it says user name taken. Its not a common one and hard to believe its taken. When I try to email jennifer5555 at carrier.com it says no such email user. Any suggestions? Any way for somone at rim to check?
