Wiping the Blackberry should have the blackberry ask for a new password.

After user reactivated he is now not able to get into it because it is
asking for an old password from the first initial sync. I ran into this
before on mine and luckily I remembered the password. Any way to hack into
this password maybe by looking into the Blackberry database.

If the user is reactivated

You can just send a new password to the device from the BES as long as it
has a signal

That should fix you

I would doubt the PK password is stored anywhere except encrypted strongly
on the device.
