Subject: [Bb-chat] Telcel Blackberry Data delays?

Our TelCel Blackberry users are reporting intermittent delays
receiving data.  It's not our BES, as it has been restarted. It also
services U.S. and Canada and they are confirmed fine.  TelCel states
nothing is wrong on their end.

Can anyone else with TelCel Blackberrys confirm?
