development which may affect your service:

Affected Location: Wash/Balt/VA/Philly
Customer Impact: Customers in the affected locations may experience an
interruption in service.

Efforts to restore full service to those affected customers are in
progress. We will update you periodically on the status and will inform
you when service is restored. Although you are receiving this notice,
your service at your location may not be impacted. We appreciate your
patience.
