Looks like BIS is working nicely in Denver Metro area. In fact, everything in

AT&T BIS email working slowly in the DC metro are. 3rd party apps requiring BIS
access to data (ie telenav) are unable to connect. Pin messaging and all other
carriers seem unaffected.
