[Bb-Outage] outage in NC?

Every issue I have come across has been on the sprint/nextel networks. Dropping from 1X to 1x or 1XEV to 1xev. Not sure if this is just a Sprint issue or not.

it was hard to tell whether others were still experiencing data
outages or not.  i'm in NC on sprint and am stuck on 1xev ... had this
problem this morning but a battery pull around lunchtime restored me
to 1XEV at least for a few minutes... is anyone else still
experiencing data outages?
