First I'm betting that your glad this isn't another outage notice. :)

We have tripled in membership in the last 24-36hr's and the staff
would like to thank everyone for their support on the site and the
mail lists. We're working on new things constantly to try to improve
notice times for people for any outages and still keep the noise level
down.

<plug>We have also stared a bb-help mail list which is linked on the
main site for people that are new to Blackberry's. So if your willing
to help new people or need to hand out new blackberry's to people,
please let them know about the list, we're here to help as much as
possible.</end plug>
