[Bb-Outage] Tmobile BIS issues in Maryland

I've had some users complain that they're switching from EDGE to GSM 
frequently and not getting emails on time nor can they use messenger 
clients (BB messenger and jivetalk mainly)

Anyone else heard of any outages in/around Maryland/east coast or with 
T-Mobile?
