[Bb-Outage] anyone experiencing delays in southern california

Anyone on Rogers having issue?  I have a few users on our BES here that
aren't getting email and calendar updates, and BB messenger not working
BUT can hit the 'net with the BB browser??  Im in Calgary Canada, on
Rogers

Yes, spotty delays (T-Mobile, Pasadena area).  As well as occasional
freezes when using Blackberries as tethered modems.
