Ditto in Des plaines, Il
A few data connection refused, several people that have connections
(uppercase EDGE) but nothing is working. BB Messenger isn't working, nor
are the BIS accounts.
I'm on hold with our tier support at RIM but they seem to think it might
be a carrier.
Also strangely enough, our SMTP is having troubles routing outbound
messages and we're noticing them piling up on the mail.box

I just had a user say he is having the same issue. He flew out of Omaha
this morning and it was working fine. He landed in Chicago, turned the
phone back on and got the 'Data Connection Refused' error.
