[Bb-Outage] No Receive/Send Email BES

Thanks Tim, just got back from the IT support, they had a switch down on
our end and had to reboot everything. I also had to have all my users to
do a battery pull to reboot. So it was on our end!!!!

No. Can they send / receive PIN messages?

Do you have a BES server? Perhaps the issue is with it

All my users are expericiencing no send/receive emails on BES, is there
