[Bb-Outage] AT&T/RIM Network Outage?

I am having issues as well with my blackberry. AT&T as well!

Is there a planned/unplanned outage for this morning. I am on AT&T and my Blackberry is unable to use any data services nor is it connected to the Blackberry Exchange Server. I thought outages were scheduled for later this week, but clearly something is going on as my edge won't go CAPS. Please advise.
