[Bb-Outage] AT&T/RIM Network Outage?

AT&T reported that the affected area is growing and is spreading into

Yes.  I have contacted AT&T early this morning and there is a problem in
the Southeast.  Started around 11:45 yesterday and they have had
intermittent service since.  They are working on the issue and will
restore service as soon as possible.

Is there a planned/unplanned outage for this morning. I am on AT&T and
my Blackberry is unable to use any data services nor is it connected to
the Blackberry Exchange Server. I thought outages were scheduled for
later this week, but clearly something is going on as my edge won't go
CAPS. Please advise.
