[Bb-Outage] Update: Any BES issues in Charlotte area?

The issue is based on AT&T's GPRS network, all devices are affected not just RIM devices, the ticket number is TT000007322467 and is bound to the south east region alone. Timeframe for repair is still yet TBD.
