Location of Issue:  All Regions/ All Markets 
Start Time: June 27 2008 9:51 AM PDT 
Symptoms you MAY experience: RIM BlackBerry BIS customers may be unable to
send or receive messages. Estimated time of repair: Unknown   Technicians
are working towards resolution as quickly as possible. We are sorry for any
inconvenience that this may cause. Thank you for your patience as we work
towards resolving this issue.
