I am glad you made it through the last outage. We were dead in the water from start to finish of that planned outage and were unaware it was planned.

According to the message on the RIM support line, there is a system upgrade planned for May 18, from 2AM to 6AM EST.
 
Impact is "Due to a planned system upgrade, some subscribers in the Americas may experience delays in sending or receiving messages"
 
They had a similar one a couple of weeks ago that seemed to go through without any problem, but just a heads up.
