[Bb-Outage] BB mail outage in Tampa Bay area

[Mical Solomon]

I'm getting calls from users in the Tampa Bay area, T mobile network.
They can't send or receive mail on Blackberry service. Appears to be BIS
and BES. Anybody else seeing this?
