If you have msn or hotmail email address; you may have noticed this morning
that your email was not coming through.
There was Windows Live/Blackberry update overnight which unvalidated
EVERYONES hotmail.
Due to this everyone logging into BIS site via device/webclient is
experiancing lagging and errors when trying to revalidate, then basically
BIS decided to crash all together.
