We too are experiencing the same issue for almost 600 of our users. On the phone with the ATT service manager to create a ticket for this issue...

I have many customers that have dropped off the EDGE network and are running on GSM now.
We have called ATT and they have confirmed that they are experiencing a data network outage in the Houston area.
I'm not sure of how widespread the outage is... Can anyone confirm?
