Hi,

You can disable HMTL support individually on the handheld from Messages >
Options > Email Settings or you can turn it off via I.T Policy (details
below)

Disable Rich Content Email IT policy rule

Description
This rule specifies whether the BlackBerryR device can receive email
messages in rich text or HTML format.

Default setting
The default setting is False.

Minimum requirements
. JavaR based BlackBerry device
. BlackBerryR Device Software Version 4.5
. BlackBerryR Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP5
