[Bes-admins] keeping a distribution list in sync with BES accounts

Why not just send the message right from BES?

anyone come up with a way to keep an Exchange distribution list
synchronized with accounts on the BES?  Sometimes we need to let
everyone on our BES that we'll be taking it down for maintenance.  Right
now we have a secretary checking it once a week to make sure everyone on
it is on the Blackberry User distro list.
