identify those users and create a query based distro group.

Our user-base ignores messages that don't have a high-importance
indicator (and generally ignore all messages from IT).  Also, sometimes
non-BES admins need to send notifications.

Additionally, I'd lke their replies to get back to me, and not to the
besadmin service account which isn't checked ever.

Why not just right click on the groups, from within BB manager, and send
message. You can send via PIN or email.
